 A separate laundry room with washer and dryer completes the space. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment - living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, private rooftop terrace, and laundry room. No shared spaces. I'm always available via Airbnb message or phone and typically respond within the hour. I respect your privacy — you'll have the place entirely to yourself, but I'm here if you need anything. The building has a lift — no stairs required to reach the 7th floor. Self check-in is available: check-in instructions are sent on the day of arrival. Prior to receiving them, all guests are required to complete pre-registration — this is mandatory under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. No smoking inside the apartment. Please respect quiet hours after 22:00. Parties and events are not permitted.
